I aim to post orders within three working days, but please note this is not always possible during exceptionally busy times. If you want to find out the status of your order, please email me on the email address below.
If you are in the UK you can chose whether you would like your item shipped Royal Mail 1st Class or Signed For™ 1st Class (that includes proof of delivery and a signature from the receiver).
FREE DELIVERY is offered on all orders over £40.00 (delivered within the mainland UK) and £60 (delivered internationally) and will automatically be applied at the checkout. Please contact email@example.com if you experience any problems with this
Please note that due to the capacity of the packaging tubes a maximum of four items can be ordered at any one time to a single address. If further items are required, a new order needs to be placed.
The ordering party is responsible for entering the correct full postal address including postcode and e-mail address during the ordering process.
Please notify us within seven working days of receipt to let us know you’re not happy with your order. As long as merchandise is returned with 14 days of receipt, in resalable condition, a full refund will be offered.
Damaged or missing goods
We must be notified within seven working days of receipt of damaged or faulty goods, otherwise no liability will be accepted.
We may ask for photographic evidence or the return of damaged goods.
In case of incorrect/incomplete addresses or lost in the post items, we must be informed of non-receipt within 10 days of dispatch. However, we cannot look into the missing order until 15 working days or more have passed since the item was dispatched. (This is due to Royal Mails terms and conditions.)
Art of fielding cannot be held responsible for problems or delays that occur as a result of the Royal Mail.
Goods shall not be returned without prior authorisation from Art of Fielding. We ask you to email us within seven working days of receiving your order.
If we shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged during shipment, we’ll gladly refund all shipping charges.
When returning damaged / wrongly ordered merchandise or items you’re not completely satisfied with, please get proof of postage to make sure your parcel reaches us, and retain your receipt for postage. We can’t accept responsibility for items that fail to get to us.
Please circle items you wish to return on your invoice, and include it in the parcel. You should also write down the reason for returning it/them.
Please state whether you would like a replacement or receive a refund. Replacement items will be shipped to you free of charge to the address on the invoice. If the address is different or incorrect, please provide a new shipping address on the returned invoice.
If you want a refund, we will credit the original payment method that was used, ie your credit/debit card or Paypal.
